  1. I think it is good to find things you identify with as a way to express what you are feeling. However, once you have found those things and expressed them, continuing to seek them out becomes self destructive. This is the point where you now need to seek out the things that can bring a healthy bit of happiness. When you begin to focus your eyes only on those things of beauty AFTER you have recognized the ugly side of life, the beautiful side of life will soon become you. That which we focus on always becomes us. YOU orchestrate your life. You have to take the lead! Life is not about waiting to die. It's just an experience. That's all life is about, just an experience; not always being happy, not always being sad, but experiencing the full spectrum. Things that jar EVERY emotion. Opportunities just to see what you are made of. So fight by seeking out things that make you smile, even if it's the hardest thing in the world! Do it anyway and see what happens. Then get into yoga and see the life you have been missing out on. Experiencing emptiness and rage and loneliness...you have already experienced it. See what it's like on the other side. Then remember you can have it all. None of those emotions you feel are YOU, they are just simply fleeting experiences.
